Don’t forgo cute entertaining decor when you don’t have much time! This cute centerpiece incorporates the dinner wine as well as some candles. Scraps of fabric that I had left over from other projects create a cohesive and seemingly planned centerpiece when tied around the bottles and vessels with burlap twine .

Cut all of your fabric scraps in varying widths and layer together. Using the same pattern and colors throughout, creates a cohesive statement. I used a pretty autumnal yellow pattern twice, some swiss dot lace twice and natural muslin throughout. Placing all of the pieces on a platter unifies the ‘centerpiece’ and can also tie back to the colors/aesthetic.
*Quick Tip! Pulling out a strand of the burlap weave not only gives you a perfectly straight line to cut down, but it also leaves you with a matching piece of perfectly sized twine to use as a tie!
Voila! Beautiful, Practical and Easy!
*if you don’t have fabric scraps at home, a quick trip to the fabric store can score you many wonderful patterns in fabric remnants! Maybe you can give it a go this weekend?
Have a FABULOUS Wednesday!!
(because don’t fabulous Wednesday’s just make the week go so much quicker?)
