ONE Spicy apple tea lights from Terrain are definitely on their way to my house. A little hint of spice in each room is perfect for fall. $12 for six; TWO I’ve always wanted an antler chandelier and this one is particularly appealing with its smooth lacquered finish. It’s modern meets rustic at its finest. $1550 from Shop Horne; THREE Bright walnut botanical print drawing is finished with a scroll style frame made of ash and is just $20 from Ikea; FOUR I fell in love with this bar cart about two months ago and still cannot stop thinking about it. I think it needs to find a home in my home! Libations bar cart is $599 from Crate and Barrel; FIVE I love a cute pitcher that can double as a simple, modern vase. $25 from House and Hold by Design House Stockholm; SIX I love the look of this ‘Man-orah’ made by Frick and Frack Scraps for just $27.
I’ve never been so happy it’s Friday. I got in from China at around midnight on Monday night and went right into work on Tuesday morning for a full week of crazy. Matty and I have deliberately put nothing on the schedule for this weekend to recover and I couldn’t be more happy about it. I’m planning to unpack, do laundry, get caught up on a few projects that have been put off, and possibly relax.
It’s going to be a beautiful weekend in our area and I cannot wait to take advantage. What’s on your short list for the weekend?
